HEY PROMUSCLE CREW,

GOT SOME NEW PICS TO SHOW...IM FINALLY STARTING TO COME DOWN IN WEIGHT...AT THE 4 WEEK OUT POINT, I STARTED TO LOW, LOW CARB IT FOR 4 DAYS, BEFORE UPPING THE CARBS ON THE 5TH DAY...I ALSO, UPPED THE CARDIO TO 45 MINS IN THE MORNING...I WANTED TO BRING IN MY GLUTES AND HAMS BETTER...IT STARTING TO WORK, I KNOW THEY COULD BE BETTER, BUT I GOT A FEW MORE WEEKS TO GET THEM TO COME IN...IM ALSO FEEL IM AT THAT POINT OF LOSING MUSCLE, CAUSE I HAVE BEEN DIETING SO LONG NOW (OVER 6 MONTHS NOW)...SO THAT IS WHY IM CARBING UP ON THE 5TH DAY, INSTEAD OF JUST LOW CARBING IT TO THE SHOW...OVERALL I FEEL GOOD, STRENGH IS DECENT...ENERGY IS GOOD ON MOST DAYS...I GOT MORE PICS IF YOU GUYS WOULD LIKE TO SEE THEM...SO IF YOU DO JUST LET ME KNOW...

Chris, that low back detail is just sick. That's the last place to go on me. I wish I had the genetic disposition to maintain that shredded lumbar look all the time. Especially at three weeks out. You are definately on point if not ahead of schedule by the look of the pics. Just hold on to that size and you'll definately tear it up.

HEY BRO, THANKS FOR THE NICE COMMENTS...YEAH, MY LOWER BACK IS USUALLY PRETTY LEAN MOST OF THE YEAR...I DONT KNOW WHY, I GUESS IM JUST LUCKY IN THAT DEPARTMENT...LOL AS FOR BEING AHEAD, YEAH I THINK I AM A TAD BIT...WITH THE SHOW 2 WEEKS AWAY TODAY (11-25-06) I WEIGHED HERE AT WORK 230 POUNDS...THATS THE LOWEST I HAVE BEEN SINCE THE CONTINENTAL SHOW...SO I KNOW IM FLAT AS HELL TODAY, BUT VERY VERY LEAN...THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT...!!!!

HOW IS YOUR PREP GOING ??? YOU GOT THE SHOW IN A WEEK, RIGHT ???

I'm in that last week where the mind games start f*cking with ya. I am really starting to come together though. I was retaining quite a bit of water a week ago and obviously still am until i cut the sodium and water but started to depleat and the lines are really coming in nicely now. I have to remember that all that matters is how I look for that small window next Sat. and not how I look in the gym right now. I'm coming in as a Lightheavy around the mid 180's. Which is a hughe jump considering the fact that I was a welter in July. I think that the mind games are coming from the fact that I have done very little cardio this time around where I was doing two hours a day last time. i feel like I should be doing more and this is why mentally I'm up and down. Just have to get used to less work with a better look. Sounds like a rough problem, I know. The problem is that I'm a total type A personality so I always feel like I should be doing more. Which isn't exactly a good thing with bodybuilding. Sometimes less is more! I'll be my all time best. With 20lbs. more quality mass.

DIEZEL- IM DOING MY OWN DIET THIS TIME...WHAT IM DOING IS FOLLOWING A LOW CARB DIET FOR 2-4 DAYS THEN CARBING UP FOR A DAY...SO MY CARBS ON MY LOW DAYS WOULD END UP AROUND 100 PER DAY...ALONG WITH SOME GOOD FATS (ALMONDS,NATURAL PENUT BUTTER, EGGS, STEAK, ECT) THEN AFTER A FEW DAYS OF THIS ALONG WITH CARDIO...I WOULD CARB UP TO 250-300 GRAMS OF CARBS AND LOWER MY CARDIO...I NORMALLY JUST JUDGE HOW CARBS IM GOING TO TAKE IN THAT DAY BY HOW FLAT I AM, AND MY MORNING WEIGHT...IF I WOULD DROP A COUPLE OF POUNDS OVER NIGHT AND LOOK VERY FLAT...I WOULD TAKE IN A GOOD AMOUNT OF CARBS...IF IM FULLER IN THE MORNING, THEN I WOULD JUST DO MORE CARDIO OR LOWER MY CARBS TO THE 100 GRAM RANGE...IM EATING ALOT MORE MEALS THOUGHOUT THE DAY (UP TO 8-9 MEALS PER DAY ON MY LOW CARB DAYS) MAINLY CAUSE MY DAYS START SO EARLY (4 AM) AND I GO TO BED AT 10PM OR EVEN LATER...SO I JUST EAT EVERY 2-3 HOURS...ON MY HIGHER CARB DAYS I JUST NORMALLY EAT 6 MEALS...PROTEIN IS PRETTY HIGH DEPENDING ON HOW MANY MEALS I EAT...I JUST TRY TO GET IN ABOUT 60 GRAMS PER MEAL...THAT SEEMS TO WORK REALLY WELL FOR ME....SOMETIMES ON MY HIGHER CARB DAYS I WILL HAVE A SMALL CHEAT...PANCAKES WITH MY FIRST MEAL, INSTEAD OF OATMEAL OR PASTA WITH RED SAUCE WITH DINNER...SOMETHING LIKE THAT...NOTHING TO CRAZY, BUT SOMETHING TO KEEP ME SANE...
