This is Kelly.. 3 weeks out from the NPC Contra costa.. weighs 183.. but im going to squeek him into the middles..

it will be tight but we can do it..

The dude is at his all time best.. competing in only his second show.... but much improved... The dude is looking really good ! i started his prep about 10 weeks ago..

Perfect: dry as a bone at 3 weeks out. No issues with managing water.
Great work. While others are freaking and trying to lean out in time for his show. He will be calm and a freak that will be damn hard to beat for his class and maybe show
