1 more - will try and get some up from today as I continue to dry out! Feeling good. Didnt get hardly any sleep tho which is annoying. But it is what it is.

I don't know Ironman has seen this, but he didn't place at his show.

He got overlooked completely, even though was by far one of the most conditioned guys that day.

Update

Hey guys, finally i've had a chance to sit down and get on this site!!!

I have been up to my eyeballs with my new job and travelling around the country is tiring....

so i done 2 competitions, the first one did not go to plan at all, and only at the last minute. Mine and matts last week prep was spot on, absolutely spot on, and right up to the last minute i was looking nasty dry, problem was backstage i pumped up and was literally blistering, and then we got delayed by an hour, and i just couldn't get pumped up again, my legs stayed nice and full but unfortunately i just couldn't get enough pump around my body and ended up coming out very flat. I'm yet to get stage pictures back but i've attached one with my brothers, that was taking after i had some food after the show and i think you can tell i was looking OK

Then i hit a bit of a downward spiral not going to lie, that competition depressed me, i spent the whole week eating junk, and i decided on the sunday to just jump into a show as i was feeling full and good, and you know what i took 3rd place in the up to 90kg category which i was very very happy about! Had i came in a tad tighter they said i would have taken the whole class. Now 3 weeks later i am just cruising and keeping tight as i possibly can whilst enjoying some down time, have gone back to my 5x5 routine and really enjoying it...please ignore my swimming cap like head in the pics lol the one with the mohawk is from my first comp and the bald head is from my second comp

I hope to do another competition around august time if i can

Thanks guys, definitely my body needs to come in fuller, i believe most white guys with average genetics need to come in fuller in order to make any impact at all...but obviously i wouldn't do that approach if i had planned on competing...

I got real annoyed about the first competition as i knew i wasn't showcasing me at 100%. Shit happens though....I want to stay in shape year round now, for the time being i dont wanna be anything less than something that would take me 8-10 weeks to get real lean.
