dont worry so much about #'s 5.5 BF or 7 % doesnt matter, the mirror is the best judge not a caliper. U have 3 more weeks to go, when r u cutting cardio, has your diet changed, u look a little flat (which is expected) is this AM or PM during the day. Keep chuggin your almost there, dont stress that is the a huge variable that causes one to hold water or spill over. Just relax and have fun, ur gonna do great

Yes as you can see there is no separation and an inflamation near the shoulder, but i gain 1.5 inches starting the second bottle, i am using it on the triceps too, and a little on the shoulders.
