Thank-you...i will post weekly pics....I appreciate the feedback and encouragement...Im going to driver to the last day...Looking solid ....but, i would not slack in one bit... kick it up a notch and take it hard till the the end.. Keep us posted
you betcha.....up at 430 am doing morning cardio everyday for the next 2.5 weeks.....then again for an hour postworkout.....Then im practicing posing daily now also....Looking good. Just kick it up a little bit, you can definately do it, and as I said before don't slack on the cardio and keep tensing those quads to bring out more separation.
