Something like that, anyways.

Weight is still in the mid to upper 190s and I'm happy with where I'm at with just a little over a month to go.

I'd like to see a little more separation in my quads up near the hips, a bit more detail in my lower back and midsection... but that's pretty much it. Shouldn't be too much work from here on out.

i saw this on your FB earlier and was amazed at the mass you've put on while dieting. your Lat spread is looking more and more impressive every couple of weeks.

The most muscle I have seen you carry shelby......good work....your work ethic is amazing......I have always liked your shape and balance.....now you are getting some thick to you........only neg...is while very lean.....you are holding more water than normal this close from what I can tell....be aware ,cause you've put your body through a ton this year.....so make sure you are on point on the inside my friend.......also remember shape , and seperation are the keys to you doing well.....so bring the sculpted package we seen at your best with alittle more size and it should be quite the showing for you.....keep up the good work .....

Good eye, sir. I had a good amount of carbs Saturday night and I was still holding water from it yesterday, but I dropped about 4 pounds overnight.
