4 weeks from first of a few shows coming up

Haven't been on here in FOREVER! Going to be doing a few shows, one on april 28th, another on may 19th, then possibly jr. nats if those two go well. I'll be competing in the heavies, probably around 210-215. My first show was the same as the one on the 28th, but two years ago. I weighed in at 186lbs. So I've been doing some work since then.

I'm from wisconsin, so I'll be doing the fox cities showdown, wisconsin state, then possibly jr. nats in chicago. I've actually only been doing 30min of cardio 3 times a week because I work in a factory and am constantly lifting and moving in front of a 2000 degree oven. I had to change my diet around a lot to make up for the amount of calories I burn at work.

not sure yet, i never like to put a weight on it, see where i come in and making changes to stuff now, alot of time i just get harder and stay the same weight

You look great, and if your body holds up and you get the NQ (which i don't think will be a problem), I certainly think you should do Jr Nats.. At 5'8 weighing around 210 you'll have plenty of mass.

Matt Lowden was like 205 and he won the overall at Jr Nats a couple years ago, i think he's like 5'10 as well.
