why are dieting for?doing show?
or just for fun?

oh no I 'm not dieting for a show, just for pleasure cause I like that

My stats : I'm 5'8" for 225 lbs with about 9% bf I guess
I want to go down to 5-6% ...

I don't know for sure my friend cause I didn't measure it for a while
when I started to cut I was at +/- 12%

look i am not blowing smoke here but tpu is full of crap...look for one he looks great but not yet at the national level and also if you do a warmup or national level you best be 100% if not you do yourself a disservice....

I'm not preparing for a show and don't compete at all
and I don't think 225-230 lbs with about 8% bf for my size is that bad ...
