Hi,
This is me 4 weeks into mass gaining phase... I'm around 80kg, (175-176lb) now at 5'6... my goals this year is to compete at <80kg class. I will try to get my weight up to 86kg(186-188lb) and then slowly shed my bodyfat from there... I am planning on 20weeks for doing so and 12-14 weeks from dieting to contest shape. Last contest, I tried hard to keep myself cut all the offseason and I have found myself not doing my desired progress in terms of gaining muscle in the weight room, hence the decision.
