upper seems ok, i wouldnt say your ahead, but right on track. in order to give you a true opinion, pls post some leg shots too, they could be way ahead or way behind, this could change your whole look

I was ahead at one point but backed off just a hair because of a sinus infection and I'm trying to keep as much muscle as possible by dieting a little slower when I get really lean.
Back and rear delts are awesome. Only thing i would hammer for the next few weeks would be forearms and calves. Your right on track bro. COme in ripped!!!!
