5 weeks left to get my fat ass in gear...
No major changes from last week... I spent Wednesday, Thursday and Friday filling out (700-1000g carbs each day, plus a huge cheat meal Friday night) and weight went from 189 Wednesday morning to 199 Saturday morning
Still, I'm a bit leaner now but still holding a bit of water from the load.. was 195 this morning. Going to ramp up the diet quite a bit this week - changing one medium day to a low day (so I have 1 high, 4 low, and 2 mediums per week) and making all morning cardio sessions an hour long (total of 9 hours cardio per week).
Hopefully next week's pics will show some bigger improvements.
