The details are comming in pretty gook, in 5 weeks you shoudl be more than ready!
 
BE CAREFUL...I don't want you to fly away.

You might want to tie something heavy around your ankle when you do your relaxed, front or real lat spreads, I am afraid you might fly of your deck with that wing span. Great gravy you are wide. You look great Lenny, much bigger then what you are on paper. I also like your grip adjustment on the side chest, maybe try putting your hands a little closer to the hip and then twist into the pose with a deep chest expanding breath, pinch only the elbows in. Good luck Lenny.

be sure to blow out on the side chest shot and expand your chest outward like arnold always did!

now, you are ahead.......great work

if you feel comfortable, now may be the time to "introduce" some carbs
see how you respond.......fill out, look even better or lose lines and look bloated or keep everything the same

i would try a 24 to 36hr carb-up and see what happends
i always play 6 to 4 weeks out, that way you have a game plan
and your not freakin out and changing things last minute

thats the biggest mistake you can make

Thanks B-Boy....I will make sure to work on making the most of my posing. I am thinking if all goes well, I will deeply consider Jr Nationals. I was 174lbs today (all about perception of looking bigger than you appear) and legs were sore as hell from Leg day on Friday, so it was pretty rough contracting them today. Thanks for the words of advice and motivation!

Tenny, thanks for this advice and I have been contemplating with a carb up to see how my body responds and looks. I am listening to my body and plan on using carb up soon to see how it works, then back to my game plan after it. Again, you have been a bunch of help and I will get this job done the best I can - 100% effort!

Thanks Shelby for the advice...are saying back off the low carbs and start adding them back into the mix which I am going start doing or are talking about scaling down my cardio from 45-60 minutes to 30 minutes per session? I plan on keeping the cardio at 45 minutes of low intensity and adding carbs back into the mix very soon to slowly fill back up.

Just to keep you are in the loop on my prep. I am going to stay with the current eating plan for this week till Sunday and then switch it up to fill my muscle back up.

My current eating plan: 250-300grams of protein, under 50 grams of carbs, and 60-100 grams of fats. I have been doing 45-60 minutes of cardio 7 days a week and obviously pounding the weights out.

My final 3 weeks adjustments to fill back up or get that POP look:
Meal 1:
3 whole eggs
30 grams of carbs from oats

Meal 2:
Protein Shake
30 grams of carbs from oats

Meal 3:
Protein Shake
One lightly salted rice cake with 2 tbspn of natty peanut butter

Meal 4:
8oz. of tilipia

Meal 5:
12oz. lean beef
Spicy mustard mixed into it

Meal 6:
Protein Shake
3 whole hard boiled eggs

I may keep my cardio at 45 minutes of low intensity to moderate intensity if I am lucky, may adjust and lower to 30 minutes of cardio if need be. I just feel that the either the low carbs and or the cardio is flatten my muscles out, so I will finish strong with the last 3 week plan. Conservative and might double my carbs both Thursday and Friday before the competition of Saturday (different sources of carbs for Friday night).

There is a snap shot and thought I would share it with you all.
