50lbs in 14 weeks...

This Is Ben Gum... 24 years old doing his second show...

He got a hold of me 14 weeks out from the NPC Pittsburgh... Starting weight 247lbs... Way too heavy.. It was balls out! to get in shape for this thing.... weighs 198lbs today..

Ideally i dont like anyone having to lose 50lbs for a show but i cant say that i havent done it myself.. he contacted me at 247lbs and time was ticking.

But things came together pretty darn good.. His chest and legs grew during this transformation.

The dude is young and a hard worker.. Will be working on more leg development and off season condition.. more of everything.. but 24 years old.. those were the good old days...

His bodyfat didnt look too bad at all for offseason before. Im suprised it was 50lbs. He actually looks like he put on muscle as well. Great job

Yeah he is a great guy.. He weighed 247lbs..... amazing...and honestly he looks bigger now.. by far...

We did a good job working together ... he was willing to work really hard and it came together really nice.

Dr. Intensity.. no problem..... I have pics of me at 21 fat and i looked 40... To me... the best part about dieting hard is looking younger and feeling great..


now here is an old fat guy on the left... and minus 50 lbs later....
