never seen it so cold here in the UK

came out of work and he roads were like skidpans.

after going sideways down the road to my house for 10 minutes i decided to park (or god saw fi to end my journey) on the grass verge at the entrance to my apartments.

i saw about 4 accidents on the way back from work and i live 1 mile away. what the hell is going on over here.

anybody else in the uk having some ridiculously cold streak. I cant remember it like this before

cos i go to a spit and sawdust gym a lot of the time, i called one of the guys to see if he was going training before i drive 20 miles to it. he said its shut cos the cold damp air has gotten in (its only a wood hut) and screwed with the electrics in there.

wow, that's damn cold. i've only experience that once when i was at a steelers football game in pittsburgh, pa. it was 10 degrees, but with the windchill from the river factored in, it was -13. Luckily i was layered and looked like the stay-puffed marshmallow man!

yup think it reached -12c overnight or so the weather said, i kinda like it better than being too warm

i had a look on the BBC site and saw it was -10 where my girlfriend lives. screw this i'm going on vacation

My TA training centre registered as -8 a few days ago, its gonna be fun doing a weekend out under the stars at the end of the month.

Great fun when i can slide from the top of my road to my house though

I had to get out of bed to put Nytro into one of the out houses because he was crying. I have never heard him do that before. So it must of been cold, I have his house on top of were the oil pipes run because anytime I try to put bedding in his house he eats it. So I got as many Matt's and bed cloths as I could find spare and made him a bed and left the lights on. Lucky he had the sense not to eat everything I gave him. Its 4pm and it look like its cold out there now, so I would say it will be the same tonight again.

I was dieting this time last year and the promoter rang yesterday to ask if I was doing the show. Weather like this is for sleeping and growing.

Wow, that sucks man! My brother is stationed in Washington(Navy) And he hates it! Especially moving from Florida weather to there!! Gridlock, you should come to Florida! It was warm enough to go to the beach through the Christmas holidays here!lol -StOrY

i'm in like flint.

get me somewhere to stay and i'll move tomorrow. just went to walk outside to the car and thought against it cos it was too cold. i'm sat in the office psyching myself up to go outside.

-37 to -40 C all December where I was in Northern BC. Too cold

It's been averaging -20 F here in Anchorage (-29 C for you guys in the U.K.) for the last week or so. No doubt about it, feels like winter time !
