187.5 today...Took these after 40 minutes of cardio so I feel pretty small and flat...Main says im bout a week behind where he would like me to be right now, so the cardio has been up the carbs have been lowered and its time to really bust some ass...I still got a lot of work left to do...

You drop a lot of lbs pretty quick I wish I could do that.... I'm like 1lb every two weeks ..... ... .. . Your looking on point... :D
 
I think you've got an interesting physique!

You know what I mean? You don't look like every other bodybuilder. Maybe it's the athletic background? All I know is you still look athletic. You don't look like some big plodding cow, that was beefed up for slaughter!

Keep going, Hutch. I hope you come in to the show as the best possible Hutch.

Oh yeah, your calves might not be huge when viewed from the front with the camera angle you used, but they look great in all your side poses!

Big improvments from the other pics....Looks like your coming in alot better now....Still holding on to your size, even though you have up the cardio and dropped the carbs....Keep it up, and see ya in Vegas...

There's been a few things different with Hutch's diet this year, plus he isn't working outside so he's holding more water than he was last year. He's actually going to find out what doing cardio is like...lol. Not that its that much but before we had to increase cardio, then decrease cardio because he would lose weight so quickly.

Dont worry though, ive been purposely holding him back a little until now. Within the next 2-3 weeks he will look greatly improved......the water situation should be taken care of, his abs should tighten up alot, and the back detail will be in.

Until then, get your ass in gear. No cheating, no slacking. You've got a job to do!

How much cardio have you done up to this point and how low are your carbs...I know with me I need to really up the cardio and food to get into shape (what I mean by that is that I need the protein to keep my size and the cardio to lean me out) This year starting at 8 weeks out I have been doing 2 hours on the treadmill (not high intense though) My carbs are low most days, around 100 grams or so on most days, but my protein is higher than normal...I think we might have simular body types that if we do to much cardio and not enough food we will lose fat and muscle at the same time...Just curious on what Mainevent has you doing...good luck

YOU NEED MORE MUSCLE AND BETTER SHAPE TO BE ABLE TO STAND ON A USA STAGE........BODYBUILDING IS ALL ABOUT MUSCLE AND SHAPE, NOT JUST ABOUT CONDITION. GOOD LUCK THOUGH.

Hutch loses fat very fast. We found that out last year and i really had to ramp up his food intake so that he wouldn't lose any muscle.

Of course he needs more muscle, who doesn't.......but Hutch came to me to for conditioning and thats what im good at.

2 weeks ago Main dropped my carbs just a lil bit and upped the cardio a lil bit and since then i dropped 11 lbs...So thats what he means by holding me back...Dropping fat is not an issue for me...I know I need more size, but all I can do right now is try and hold on to what i got and Main is doing a good job at that...

Hey Chris, cardio is 40 minutes a day right which is a lot for me...;)

LOL...I had this problem seriously for a month while I was sick...I kept dropping weight and eating MORE. I honestly respect now how hard it is to keep size as that is adelicate balance for trying to stay full, drop a little fat and flatten out at the same time..

I would just rather be like I usually am...fat...then just diet hard to get in shape than play that back forth game....lol
