As promised...I would get some more full body pics this weekend. I do not feel full at all, but things seem to coming along. 40 days and counting....

I have been weighing between 173lbs - 176lbs all week.

Thanks Tenny, but still got some time to crank it up!

Well....some adjustments I made were I dropped my total carb intake the last 10 days to under 50grms per day. I have been eating anywhere between 250-300 grams of protein per day, and my fat grams vary day to day from 65 grams to 100 grams depending on hunger. I am going to wait till my body screams for a higher carb day, but so far it is all mental and I can survive at 50 grams per day.

Also, I increased my cardio from 30 minutes per day to 45 - 60 minutes per day. Thanks again Tenny!

To be honest that is the only changes I have made. Going by the mirror at this point.

A little bit more detail on the recent eating adjustments and what I am eating now:

Meal 1:
4 eggs
2-4 turkey patties

Meal 2:
Protein Shake

Meal 3:
Protein Shake

Meal 4:
10-12 Oz. tilipia

Meal 5:
2-3 hard boiled eggs (just because I am hungry)

Meal 6:
10-12 oz. lean beef (96/4)
1 cup of broccoli
Spicey mustard mixed into the mix

Meal 7:
One lightly salted rice cake (sometime I use a rice cake)
1-2 Tbspn of Natty Peanut butter

Meal 8:
If still hungry....I will eat 2-4 hard boiled eggs again!

If your show is a national qualifier and you do well (which I can't imagine NOT happening), you should consider competing as a welterweight at a national show this year, perhaps the Jr Nationals.

Thanks Shelby and yes the show I am doing is a qualifier...hopefully it turns out the way I like. I am thinking deeply about possibly competing in one of those level shows, but need to jump this hurtle first. I always appreciate your advice.

Thanks b-boy for those wise words and comments. I will fine tune my posing the next couple of weeks. I hear them declaring B-Boy the winner at the next National Level show because I think your physique fits your frame and is very impressive!

Yes, I can't wait for a productive offseason, so I will have to work on bringing up my lagging parts and eating!

Thanks Michelin. The whole carb thing is mental at this point. I just need to distinguish between cravings and energy...not confused the two. If I eat..I have energy and I will slowly work the some rice back into the equation. Just listening to the body with regards to carbs. My cardio is low-moderate intensity....start out low and will end the session with moderate if my body allows me. But, I ain't gonna lie....I can't wait to indulge into my cravings because food will taste so damn good and I just like to eat.
