For some reason this year im really having issues with my appetite...usually i could eat 12 meals per day....this year im struggling some days to get 4 or 5 in.....so hopefully it will pick up and i can maintain my weight while getting leaner the next 6 weeks.

I gotta admit my knees and elbows have been killing me lately....im starting to feel the effects of 1)poor form when i was younger 2)getting older....although im not that old yet.;)

My weight is still 203-204 in the morning. Cardio is about 1 hr per day....depending on how my knees are feeling. lol

Thannks Ness. I basically cut back on both volume and all that 'to failure and beyond' shit. 3 sets per bodypart with rotating rep schemes, mixed in with fst-7's for 3-4 weeks on/off.

Just my state show....the Erik Fankhauser WV State/Mid Atlantic Grand Prix show on Sept. 12th. This was first thing in the morning.....after cardio. No meals yet. I was 203 in these pics.

I cant have crooked trunks in a pick...you know how picky i am. Plus that pic looked like shit. Missy just said...."why do you thighs and butt look so fat in that pic"....lmao. She definitely keeps it real.:eek:
 
Keep in mind, the best is yet to come. Down the stretch you will see much more deep hard separation and detail.

But who would not want to look like that on stage right now??


Im not taking all the credit here but our last contest prep was pretty damn successful and the plan was to put on some lean muscle during the off season so we could be in a good position again this year with more muscle and even better condition..

Did he live up to what he set out to do? Yes.

And here we are...Bigger and better...

Chris has been working super hard.... The pictures speak for themselves..

I did finally put on a little bit of muscle this offseason...definitely a big difference compared to alot of freaks on this board though. i would say maybe 6-7 pounds of muscle, but more roundness than anything.
