Thanks Elvia. Actual weight loss has been slow but I've been adding muscle slowly at the same time. I'm very happy with the way things are coming together.

The biggest change I made to my leg work this year in the offseason was to start performing squats. I didn't do them for years since I couldn't get the form right. Well once I got it right my legs blew right up!
