Nice, the best I have ever pulled was 500# at 195. then I had a car accident that took me outta the gym for 2 years. finally got back up to 465# at 233 but I will never see that again. a ruptured bicep guarentees that. I have to avoid this lift like the plague.

i think now that I am still trying to heal from my ruptured bicep that it might be at least a year before I can get back to 375 on the bench. just pressing the bar hurts right now.
