My weight dropped quite a bit this week, about a pound a day the last 5 days. I'm going to have a cheat meal tonight, and probably fill out a bit more next week too.

Damn Shelby, Looking very good here. I would keep an eye on the lb a day drop though. That is a bit too extreme but from the looks of it your body dropped a bunch of water it was holding. Great shape all around though. Definitely going to be a good package this time around!

Yep just some simple changes like switching from Big Macs to Filet-o-Fish, dropping the donuts and switching to bagels with cream cheese... little stuff like that really adds up :D ;)

Big improvements! If i might add, i dont think the upper body has the roundness for hands clasp MM, i think you would fare better with hands on hips, especially due to your nice X frame!

Ah, yes! I haven't tried that one in a while. I will try it next week and you can tell me what you think. I'm just afraid it makes my spindly arms look even.. spindlier? :D

I agree with toopoo with the most muscular pose, just find the one that compliments your physique the best, try different ones in the mirror and figure which one is best for your physique. Ive been waiting to till almost the six week out mark to really see what your looking like, and so far so good bro, i am anxious to also see you at about 3 weeks out. push hard shelby i wanna see you do well, so you gotta push the diet and come in shredded for you to do your best at the north americans, some lazy fucks like me can get away with shear size, but you will be a kill em with conditioning and shape guy so keep grinding bro.
 
Everything is coming together nicely Shelby. One thing i notice in these latest pics is that your chest looks much bigger/fuller in these pics.

Sadly, the way you whip into shape I almost believe that is 90% of the case! I hate you (banging my head against desk) in a envious way;) :p
