I think this is going to be your best package... your back is looking good... keep hitting the weights heavey... don't make your days easy... it will all be paid off.... I'm confident in you... I never really say much about you...but so far over the years on this board.. you make some big improvements... say bi bi to to the swimmer body.... say hello to the big boi.....

Damn Shelby, Looking very good here. I would keep an eye on the lb a day drop though. That is a bit too extreme but from the looks of it your body dropped a bunch of water it was holding. Great shape all around though. Definitely going to be a good package this time around!
Big improvements! If i might add, i dont think the upper body has the roundness for hands clasp MM, i think you would fare better with hands on hips, especially due to your nice X frame!
