You have great size and your muscles pop!
 
There is nothing to criticize......you look good.........you could do top 5-10 at a state show.

Phil constructive criticism helps me to see something I cant see myself. Any advice from you would be well heard. I have admired your physique since I was probably 18 yrs old. I guess I should have mentioned what show which is the North Americans. Thanks big bro

I have seen you compete before...and as always you look great here, and your on your way to a great showing..I think if you come in shreeded like normal fashion...You will suprise alot of people at the NAC...

I can see a top 5 at the NA for sure.............especially if you keep improving

I appreciate the encouraging words...struggling today. this week cut fats down along with carbs, see how that changes things by the weekend. not complaining, so far I have enjoyed my prep. not sleeping well though. any advice on how to remedy this would be much appreciated. Thank you.
 
I think you look solid bro and yeah you could shake things up good at the show.

I go to all the big shows( amateur) and some pro shows...and it seems that condition is what rules at the national level. Top 10 guys are all solid competitors and placings could flip flop easy.. What makes a guy stand out? hardness. I would keep dialing in. Its rare to talk to some one that says..." i was too conditioned". it happens but if you error, that is the place to error.

For sleep...... im in the same boat man.. Long ass days starting at 3:30am, work, kids, training, tanning, cardio, posing the grind keeps you awake even at night.. I would try some melatonin.. And surely watch your caffeine at night.. Take a nap during the day if you can.. Get your sleep anyway you can.. If you dont, it will take its toll on you.. Good luck and of course dont get caught up in any hype.

you are thinking the way I am. I don't get caught up in weight, especially at this level. I decided at the start of my prep to jump on it while energy was good. I havent competed in 3 years and I am at a disadvantage there so to try and make up for that my condition has to be on point. I was alittle nervous about how it was going to go but so far its gone well. I love the sport of bodybuilding not for recognition but more so for the feeling of accomplishment, along with, influencing younger guys in the most positive way I can, good or bad as it relates to me personally.
Anyway, sounds like you have your hands full. I don't have some of the demands you do so I can respect the extra responsibilities your day has. what are you training for? Melatonin didn't help...I've tried several things with no luck. I am apprehensive about taking sleep aid, otc or prescription. I have addictive behavior and I have to be careful what I ingest. If you never had someone by your side 100% through the process of competing that enhanced the rigors that goes into it, well finally I have had this pleasure. This is my soon to be fiance...assuming she says yes. I just wanted to brag on her. Words cant express what she means to me. If you have yet to experience this be patient it takes time getting rid of the weeds that can grow in your garden.
