Pics did not turn out very well, but here a two of better ones, the judges who have been checking me each week, both said I am harder than I was on stage last time, so good sign 211 ish in pics, but was a carb up and cheat day. Was 209 saturday morning, 211 sunday night in pics.
Also if any has any tips on getting skin tight around abs, i know it's genitics i also know GH can help some, but was not in the $$$ this time.
