800,000th tren thread (easy question)

More cals starting with more protein, as has been said.
I eat macros, same per meal. When I start hitting the same macros for like 7 meals (according to hunger), that's too many, so I increase calories per meal and come back to 5 or 6 meals. Usually increase protein at this time for more overall cals than before but with fewer meals. So at 7 meals, say, 3000 cals. Reduce to 5 meals, but now 3400 calories. That's about my max.

Tren is the best bulker for me as long as protein is high. The strength gains don't lie and usually come shortly before visible mass. But strength is a good sign that my cals are good and things are on the right track.
 
If you're goal this cycle is to gain, why the tren?
Everyone is so tren, tren, tren......................
Not saying it can't do the job but in my experience it's not the best tool in the chest for your current goals.

If I was trying to put on size I'd go with deca or NPP over tren.

In regards to your question........tren turns many into a calorie burning machine,,,,,,,,,,,so up the calories.

Nothing puts mass on like a simple cycle of Dbol (or Anadrol), Test, and Deca.
 
It really is as simple as eating more. You think you're eating a lot now, but if you're not gaining weight, then it's still not enough. I never had a problem blowing up on tren because I'd eat so dam much. Wasn't always clean at all which is bad for health reasons but it did work.

I agree. I'll be 41 in march, but in my late 20s, my best bulks were high test, high tren and high abombs. At that time, I was at my biggest and strongest. Also when I tore my left pec maxing on the bench, but that was due to my stupidity.

Tren IMO is a great bulker as long as you can handle the sides and have them under control.

That makes two of us. Can I stay leaner while using it yes but I sure as hell can get fat on it no problem. I'm just not metabolicly blessed.
 
Tren is the only drug that keeps me looking hard no matter how much i ate or what i ate but not as full, until i bumped the test and kept the tren at mid-low dose.

I switched from 375 test e and 600 tren e to 800 test e/c and 300 tren e, kept me just as hard and lean with the fullness i was missing.

Next time i prep i think i will use this approach.

Exactly what I do. I usually go low dosed tren and test to get lean (300-350 of each) and when I want to fill back out I shoot the test up high. I was on 1g of test plus 500mg of Tren and gained like that. Dropping the test up and down is the way to go if you are SET on bulking on tren.
 
As much as I love tren, I agree with dens228. Npp is the way to go if your trying to bulk. Like the npp way more than deca. I hold less water on it.
