out of curiosity what made you stop or get out of the shape you were in in your 20s? I ask because I just had a major surgery and I'm trying to tell myself I can get back to where I was with hard work. I can't take much more than 2-300mg T or I'm too scared too right now until I know how much my heart strength is going to improve. I will not risk my life just to grow but its all I have known for the past 20 years so it's really fucking me up mentally.
In comparison to most people Im still in better shape but when I look at myself I am disgusted and depressed about where Im currently at and Im hoping I am able to make some noticeable gains doing low dose T, 2iu HGH 2x day, lr3-igf1, and the basic male hormones like DHEA, thyroid, gonadorelin. Just went and did labs again this am to ensure everything is progressing in the right direction. long story long, I'm just trying to tell myself I can get back there but at 39 I'm starting to become concerned I may not be able to do so.
