Well, here are some pics at 9 weeks out. Hadn't started cardio or truely dieting yet. Eating clean but as much as I wanted. I'm not going to get into great detail but I was on the shelf for a month from an injury and have only been training for 3 weeks now. I lost a ton of muscle while being laid up. Only 25lbs. or so. I have gtten a lot back but not fully restored so you should see some more good change in the next nine weeks. Muscle memory is a great thing. Anyway, tell me what ya think. :st:r-wars

Lookin Great 9wks out, especially with NO cardio and shit, you will be ready in 9wks thats for sure.

Rob you are lookin great, now if you can just get to be more flexible than a chopstick you'll be all good..:D Its gonna be a blast competing together this summer..LIke Ronnie and Jay...I'll be Ronnie and you be Jay..LOL..

Thanks Dawg, gtta catch up to you. Hutch, I do do now see the strikingley similiar characteristics between you and Ronnie. Anyway, who needs more of a vocabulary than " ain't nuttin; lightweight" if you've got glute striations that resemble railroad ties.:st:r-wars

As gooey said, 9 weeks out no cardio and looking like that? You really suck dude. That shit's just not fair. Oh, an you look great man.
 
These pics were taken a week ago and I started cardio the following day. Have now done stairmaster ave. 45min. for six days. It blew the first day or two but already feeling good on it. I have also tightened up my diet a bit. Have probably dropped another percent this week. I want to be dialed in early because I have a tendencey to overspill if I don't keep a close eye on things. Not this time!
 
Gooey, when your at the gym the same time as hutch and I, you can probably find us training in the women's workout room because I feel like a lil girl lifing the colored rubber coated dumbells around you. Hey at least I've moved up to the orange set.

I have basically lived by the cardio equipment for the last 8 weeks to look like a big greasy italian meatball next to you, DAMMIT!! LOL!:D ;)

There u go making fun of fat people...... Just cuz they make me work out in my own corner so people arnt offended that I am there doesnt mean u can make fun. U were prolly one of those kids that pointed at the "short bus" and laughed when u were younger. Not nice to make fun of people cuz we look like the michelin man

thanx Lynx, I appreciate it. My diet is very similar to the Mark Dugdale diet that was recently posted. I eat clean in the off season. Just higher in quantity. I definately still have my work cut out for me. We'll see how I show in July.
 
you dont need cardio when you work quads like Rob does....We both go same weight on quads but this guy can rep em out like no other...probably why his legs look like they are ready to step on stage right now...Rob I cant remember but tell them what you did for leg press at the fitness challenge!!

Yo on your side tri make sure you reverse your hand , this will give you a tighter look and wont leave that open space .
