Well, here are some pics at 9 weeks out. Hadn't started cardio or truely dieting yet. Eating clean but as much as I wanted. I'm not going to get into great detail but I was on the shelf for a month from an injury and have only been training for 3 weeks now. I lost a ton of muscle while being laid up. Only 25lbs. or so. I have gtten a lot back but not fully restored so you should see some more good change in the next nine weeks. Muscle memory is a great thing. Anyway, tell me what ya think. :st:r-wars
