Ok PM guys and gals.
Here are a few 9 week out pics...Im in the mid 230's now....I have tighted up my diet alot...Dropping some fats, for a couple of days then putting them back in...(2 low fats, 1 day moderate fats) Carbs are low (as usual) Protein is higher now on the low fat days....Cardio was cut back to 30 mins once a day...(on my low fat days)
Training is going great, im holding my strengh really well and my energy is still pretty good...yeah, I have some bad days in there, but overall im feeling really good....
Hope to see some of ya in Davenport on April 21's for the Iowa State/Midwest Open championships...Should be a decent show this year....
