I thought it was a thread showing the comparisons of Alex's show. I already looked at those at MD.


Turns out these are of YOU! Holy crap. That is a great transformation. I can't believe your bodyweight stayed the same! You lost a lot of fat and the muscles are larger....you didn't just get leaner...bigger as well. I look at your rear double biceps shot and your freaking shoulders are WAY more developed.

I am impressed.

Thanks Jethro, I had never done much lateral work before, it was pretty much just heavy presses. Since working with Alex the majority of my shoulder work is laterals. Definitely a change I needed.
