The last time I posted pics I received a ton of info & advice and would like to thank all contributing members for it. I changed some things around in my diet due to it and have been very happy with the outcome so far.
The 1st show is 9 weeks away and the 2nd show is 12 weeks. Ive competed the last 2 years and am dieting with a quasi-blend of carb cycling and a slow carb reduction. I will be starting ephedrine at 1cap am this week as well.
Cardio: 30am/15pm
Supps: 75mcg am Thryoid Stimulant
My water is at 1.5 gal a day and my sodium is very high.
I have a cheat meal Saturday night & Sunday is my low carb day with 60g in meal 1 and thats it for the day, fat & protein stays the same.
My diet below reflects the changes I've made starting from this week forward. 7g of fat was cut from meal 5 and 30g of carbs were cut from meal 2.
#1: 50p, 14f, 60c
#2: 50p, 7f, 30c
Post Workout: 50p, 60c
#4: 50p, 14f, 30c
#5: 50p, 30c
#6: 50p, 14f
Protein: eggwhites, chicken, tilapia & red meat for 1 meal on sunday.
Carbs: Brown Rice, Oatmeal
Fat: pre-workout its peanut butter & post workout & non training days its Mac oil.
Any advice or critiques in general would be appreciated
