Shelby know his stuff! He is like a high tech GPS system. He'll guide you to exactly where you need to be. You still have to do the work and I don't think I ever hoped he would do it for me. I just put my foot to the pedal and drove as hard as I could and then some. One thing that stands out in my mind that he said in one of his emails was "train like a Champion!" I probably recited "I am a Champion" before and during almost every work out, set and cardio session. It may sound funny but putting your mind into the right state makes a huge difference. If you're willing to do the work Shelby will guide you there!!!

That is quite the compliment brother! Thank you! Quite a few people told me I was the best conditioned guy in the show.
