A few members 4 weeks out

This is Ben Gum.. I posted his transformation pic from our prep last year when he lost 45lbs in 12 weeks... Well we worked together this short off season and stayed much tighter..

I started his prep at 12 weeks out, hes now 4 weeks out..

Also here is member lth... ( larry) a young dude.. real cool and competing for the second time... our first prep got sidelined with a death in his immediate family but he barrelled through ... so ..

This time, no distractions ....and started this prep at 16 weeks out ... hes now 4 weeks out and looking nice and ready...

thanks.. They are doing the hard work.. Im just telling them what to do.. both guys are cool as hell and in their early twenties doing their second show..

We will be working together for years i have a feeling.. as long as they keep improving . they are happy and so am i..

thanks for taking the time to post.. i normally dont post upper body shots and camera pics but the members photo section seemed like it needed something to look at.... plus these guys are members.. just hiding low! will have more to add later when the show is closer.. thanks again Dave, Jake, Gerry, everyone!
