Here are a few pics of myself from this past Sunday morning. I'm done dieting now and taking some time off. I'm feeling psychologically drained as I've been dieting now for most of the last year and a half. I plan to take a few months off completely then get back into MMA training, losing some of this muscle to increase endurance/speed. A

Anyway, heres a shot from the morning in the hotel bathroom:

this is later in the day, actually in a bathroom stall using my phone. Sorry not the best quality pics, this week end flew by so this is all I really had time to take.

One of the first posts of someone I'm envious of. What is you age, and stats if you don't mind me asking.

Thanks, I'm 26 5'9. In these pics I think I'm only about 195lbs, off season I like to stay around <210 now and remain lean. My years before this I walked around 225-235lbs always while bodybuilding. I think staying leaner in the single digit body fats year round makes better sense for me, and I was still able to make higher quality gains like that, even breaking all my old personal strength records.

Anyway I plan to lose a bit more weight, I want to walk around at about 195lbs 6-7%, and diet down to middle weight 185lbs. This last year was the first year I actually just wanted to maintain instead of make gains, which is a good feeling in contrast to always wanting more, never being satisfied.

haha, it was nasty. But yeah 2oz of vodka was part of the plan and hour before a shoot it really helps with vascularity.

Puking also helps with vascularity.. Something i managed to do after a glass of wine and table salt.. I think it was the 3 slices of pizza afterwards that did the trick.. Keep us updated when your pics are published..

Do you Carb cycle? Keto?

What are your Protein Source?Carb source and Fat source?

You defenetly look great while being lean, i would stay that way if i were you.

You look like you are there already.What are you at? My wife tells me I'm getting too lean, I always thought I'm around 10%. I'm significantly less lean than you.

thanks, no contest, and that was actually for "pre" to fill out, it worked perfect also.

My diet is way too complex to post, it wouldn't work for many. the diet I normally use on every one I followed to a T to get off most of the body fat initially which is a hybrid Carb Cycling Keto diet, with many adjustments. Near the end rules changes completely as I was just listening to my body and could get away with quite a bit in terms of junk and carbs.

You look like you are there already.What are you at? My wife tells me I'm getting too lean, I always thought I'm around 10%. I'm significantly less lean than you.

I'm less than 4% now, that goal is for long term maintenance. I want to lose about 15lbs of muscle, I don't want to gain any fat but its inevitable, maintenance below 6-7% is very difficult and not practical. Thats why I said about 195lbs.

So in those pics, the one with the Veins in the Quads, You are 4% Bodyfat?

Just trying to gauge where im at.
