A few pics from the gym today

Rainy day today, training in the gym snapped a few pictures just messing around.

I like to do DB curls this way with the bench at about a 70 degree angle.





As always loving my HotBodz stuff and the Royal Blue tank top no exception.

Damn thanks for bringing back memories, I have not done curls like that in 10 yrs (also used to turn the preacher curl machine around and have arms hange down like that) and I guess I am doing them tomorrow for chest and bi's! Thanks again.

Pics look good, tank too of course. Btw is that spray on tan or just fake n bake or you live in Cali or Florida or something? Friggen 55 degrees in NY today.

looks good..the one shot made his forearms look smaller than they are, so I suggested he turned them out a bit to show more width there if that makes any sense.

My favorite for Bicep work, No spray on or fake tan for me. I am in Florida, I like to go to the beach, and I ride around in either an old Jeep or a motorcycle. When in the Jeep I never put the top on rain or shine.

A new friend I made in the gym, he is kind of a lonely, loner guy. I have been talking to him when he is in so I asked him if he would take a few shots. I will work on those forearms, I will try and not grab my shirt next time.

I finally got that pain of the top of my forearm to go away
(too much mousing) and I can do db curls. Will have to
try those again. For some reason, it's been what seems
like ages since I have done them like that, and never for
any length of time so it could be just what the doctor ordered.

Ron, that is the way Frank Zane did and still does them. If it is good enough for FZ then it is more then that for me.
