Being 6'4'' you no doubt have longer muscle then the average person. No real good shot of your tri's but it appears you may want to get the max you can out of them to match the biceps you've built to produce some major arms. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the advise! I will. My arm measurement is 20.75 but I agree my bis are more developed than my tris. Ive got a long way to go all the way around.

If what I read in a post is true, " 70% of arms size comes from the Tri's" and your at 20.75 now, your arms should be amazing. Pumping those pipes up Bro.

YEP! Jason Is in KoKomo now I belive. He comes in now and then. Hes a great guy, he was a FREAK in high shcool! Looked like a man among boys on the football feild. He still holds a lot of football records and is a legend at the highschool. Hes got some freaky genetics! I wish he would start training hard he would be awasome!

I played football against him and Rod thuroughgood (is that his last name) Rod trained down in indy at the same place for awhile and Jason I saw every once in ahile out and about in indy, but rod has since moved on to greener pastures from what I heard....J/K!!!

You were right he has some wicked genetics and was good football player but we had to beat the berries 49-7 in sectionals. I played at Cathedral

Yeah I remember everyone saying how good Jason spears and company was and I couldn't wait to lay his ass out!!! No he was a great player but he got smothered by our defense big time. Okay enough of the high school harry let's rememeber the good old days talk.
