Also, thanks to Mike too, bro you have no idea how many times i looked at your pics (in a non-gay way of course!) and aspire to look like that. Your physique has perfect balance and I think anybody could look at you and aspire to look like that.
Thanks to all of you. At this point all I can do is hang in there. I started to sodium load towards the end of last week ,and then dropped my salt mid Tuesday as I began to carb. I kept the carbs still somewhat conservative Tues and Wed, probably 250 grams or so, because my plan was to use insulin Wed- Fri to fill out. I started with 5 iu's post workout Wed and had some apple juice afterwards along with a protien bar. Today my partner and I posed hard, about an hour worth of posing, and then I did 8iu's and went and had a pack of starbursts, 2 baked potatoes and a small Hi-C, and then an hr and half later had another 60 grams of carbs from oats and 4 or 5 oz of steak. Tonight I will pop some melatonin and get a long sleep, and then tomm morning I will evaluate, and at that time either do another 3 or 4iu's of slin or back off completely.
