Thanks Bro. 5'7", weight ranges from 224 to 230 in the mornings for the past few days. Bodyfat - not sure, I never test it, but most likely under 10%.

Do you still need to qualify for nat's or is this just as a trial run?

My target show is Jr USA, which is actually 14 weeks away. The first show is a small state level show just to requalify.
