I've made a few posts and thought I should throw up something.
Believe it or not, I am a camera shy bodybuilder and have few pictures.

This one was taken by my brother in law in 1998 when I did a show in Japan.
Drug-free for 3 years at this point, with only an extremely light and short cycle even then. I am almost in exactly the same shape (off-season wise) as I was then.

Being the only non-Japanese in the show I was banished to third place.

Hey, thanks very much.
It was tough doing a show here. I had a hard time getting the right foods and had to use a bottle of pro-tan as I didn't get much sun.

It was a good experience though, if slightly amusing.
