a year later

two diffrent views of me....the first two picks of me at around a body weight of..170-175...giver or take the second two at a weight of 190-195....dont mind the acne..that what happens when you take Cell-Tech..haha.....there about a year apart....but i dieted down again and just did a show(my first) so i was at about 174...a little bigger then i was i the pics....i carried more muscle into the show....so i was pleased with the results...i dont have any pics at this time cause my camera messed up came out all dark...but ive got a guy from the show said he is gonna send me some....

can i ask how you lost the stomach, i have recently started training, im doin okay on my arms , but my stomach and abs look like a sack of potatoes tied in the middle
