Every pro is on something, the top names generally do not go off and are on heavy cycles. Most of the guys are pretty smart about things and don't talk openly about it.
I believe powerlifting as a sport is pretty heavily tested as shown by the data below.
2008 USAPL Doping Control Report
Within the 2008 Calendar year, the USAPL conducted a total of 798 drug tests with the following breakdown:
■Total tests done by Quest Diagnostics: 769
■Total Tests done by UCLA, Cologne Labs: 29
■Positive tests: 13
■In Competition Tests: 700
■Out of Meet Tests: 98
If you are refering to the Strongman contests like the one carried by ESPN/Met-rx then no. The sport of Strongman does not enforce any sort of drug testing policy which basically means that if you compete at a pro strongman contest without using drugs then it is your own "fault" as they are in practical terms not illegal.
He did test positive for cocaine but also i read in an article that he tested positive for steroids at the same time.. MAybe just false info. Speculation....
There are no well known pro strongmen that are natural. Many claim it, no one will back it up. I know plenty of guys that swear up and down that they're on nothing to the general public but talk openly amongst each other about usage.
