Rash help

I've had a bad rash in this cycle that won't go away. The doctor thought skin lupus but it was not . Any ideas ?

Doing 20mg aday of accutane and having good results. On side is dry lips. I will have to stay on it a lot longer with the low dose but I would rather have minimal sides.

If he can handle Accutane sides id recommend it. Only sides I had were chapped lips. benzoyle peroxide will help dry him out

Any product with .5 to 2% salicylic acid is an OTC drug the the treatment of acne. They have great cleansers with this ingredient available.
