I've been tanning for about 3 weeks now. It's helping, but still definitely visible. Still don't feel comfortable with my shirt off because of it... No tank tops at the gym either...
As some people have suggested I've been tanning, every other day for about a month and a half now. It has definitely helped with my acne, my chest is clearing up pretty well and my back and shoulders arnt as bad, but there is still plenty of visible acne. What can I do along with tanning to get rid of the rest of the acne? I am bathing in the morning when I wake up, and also right after workouts, even using an acne scrub after soaping up. I attached an image of what my acne looks like now.
