after gh shot?

what should i take after my gh inject .... wait 20 min drink some dex/protein .. help .. here ?? i got the shakes last time i tried gh ... i took the 192aa fitropin ... got the shakes and got dizzy a lot in my workouts,,.. what drink works ... after a gh inject what drink should i stir up .... is my question..??

Unless you take a very large GH shot, you shouldnt really be getting dizzy but its definatly from a lack of carbs. Have a shake containing at least 50grams of whey protien and have at least 50carbs as well(fast acting)

I've just started HGH & IGF about two weeks ago. The igh made me lethargic so I thought the hang over feeling and headache was from the IGF. After stopping the IGF I no longer get lethargic but get the headache and lite headed feeling from the HGH. I drink a 72 Gram carb drink made from fast acting waxy maize and I still get the head ache, seems to take a couple hours and a lot more carbs before it passes. I'm only taking 1iu in am and 1iu late afternoon. WTF!

Anything fast acting. Dextrose, waxy maize, even gatorade is fine. Since your not using insulin, the timing of the carbs isnt nearly as crucial.
