I saw some small study saying a combo of Garlic Extract and a couple of grams of Vitamin C boosted nitric oxide by 300%. It sounds like a lot but can't really put it into context. Maybe a pure allicin product could be a worthwhile addition to a NO boosting stack?
I'm old but still don't like the taste or smell of garlic
I posted a link on the first page. I get the liquid because it's more bioavailable (according to the manufacturers)
I'm confident that it's what took care of my MRSA.. I was just a kid at the time, and wasn't using any other supplements or drugs... and there's some good literature on allicin vs. MRSA
Thanks slice. I want to buy a garlic or allicin supplement but can't justify spending 640 dollars on one order, that just seems so looney to me. Are there any other product recommendations that are more reasonable?

From the literature I've consumed the best route of delivery is via buccal tablets, otherwise it's degraded very quickly by our gastric acids via orally. (Phadatare AG, et al, 2014 Oct-Dec; 6(4): 334–340)
Surprised no one's developed a suppository delivery.
