It depends. I like to keep it lower (20-40mg/ day) but ride it longer than most - up to 12 weeks or more. The main drawbacks for me are insane heart burn, shin/foot/achilles pumps when I play sports, some minor libido/erection issues and trouble sleeping. If it weren't for these you would have a hard time convincing me to stop taking it ever. Lol
This year is the first where I'm using omeprazole for the stomach issues and it's making a huge difference.
I shoot hoops a couple of times a week and have been focusing on hydrating, using taurine and liquid IV. So far the pumps have been manageable.
I started later than usual because I was messing around with masteron instead, which was sorta amazing but I was shedding hair like crazy and switched over to Var. Within 3-4 weeks people are already making comments about my physique. Still not where I want to be, but not far off.

One thing I'll add is that I would run it longer than 4 weeks at 25 mg. I think you'll be really impressed with weeks 5-8 if you keep everything the same.

I think you're right I'm going to push it at least 8 weeks on my next run. I've been playing with mast as well, seems to dry out my joint too much. Trying to find that "add on" with minimal sides. Thanks for the information on your protocol, I appreciate it.

If Mast didn't hit my hair so hard, it would be my dream add on. I lost a little size and strength, but fat fell off my body and I got hard as a rock. Libido and erection function were insane!
