Do you think guys I should to comp.?
Lucian always ask me and wants to help me..but I am so scare.I do not think that I have a physique..I am just working out for fun and keep my shape so I can help my clients.
Do you think guys that I can do it-I am 29 years old(may be old to start now),5.2,10% fat and 108 lbs.
I want to try but I am scare that the people will make fun of me..

Lucian keep trying to help me with my eating problem..but it is hard.And I know that the eating is 95% ...I can not build the body for comp.
My problem is-I am never hungry..I am so busy at the Gym so I do not eat..

Hi, Annie!

Try liquid meals and maybe 50mg of equipoise per week. A friend of mine is doing it and she's able to eat now with no sides. I think you look great, btw.

nice pics. i think the first one was from the lhighvalley right? honest guys she looks better than these pics. im gonna try and find some good lighting, and get her to wear something which really shows off her physique and we will post the pics. she isnt gonna train legs for the next 2 weeks cuz her quads grow so fast, even not wt training just w plyometrics.

Thank you guys..but I do not think that I am ready to comp.at least for the next 4-6 months.
My % body fat is too high...still my legs are too big,....and my eating habit is awfull.....Need a lot of work..but from where do I have to start...this is the bigest question?????

well we tone them legs down, work on the diet and just get leaner. you have plenty of time. trus me you are gonns be right where you need to be. the diet i think is gonna be our biggest challange. see you in the hardcore gym.....rockfit!!!!
