I received advice to try taking GH in the morning instead of at night since it appeared to be causing poor sleep if taken at night.

If I take it in the morning would I naturally still produce GH at night or would the pituitary gland be shut down?

I was trying 2 IU's at night but maybe I'll try 2 IUs or maybe even just 1 IU in the morning.
 
For me I always administer my GH first thing in the morning prior to training. I have researched that it's best to take when insulin is low and it's always lowest after a fast. Some take it prior to sleep to aid with sleeping. Really just take it when it's convenient.
 
different question on GH - how long have you guys notice it takes fasting glucose to come back down to the 90's after clipping 100-105?
 
Personally I dont like AM dosing. I get really tired throughout the day.

Post workout worked well but now I stick to PM. Initially my sleep quality did take a hit but it regulated after about 10 days. Now my sleep metrics look even better (tracking sleep with oura ring).
 
being that one major effect of GH is lipolysis, breaking down fat to be burned as energy, I prefer to use in the morning, fasted, pre w/o. You are also burning much less fat if any in the presence of insulin. So these conditions all work well together for me staying lean. My glucose is always normal in the low 80`s. The only reason your BG is gonna be high is because you are jamming the carbs and taking a drug that inhibits uptake of glucose. IMO its one or the other if your BG is gonna get out of control.
 
There's many theories on the best time to shoot GH. Am, vs PM, Pre-WO, PWO. But in all honesty as per @juiceddunk2.0 just get it into your system. After using GH for many years, there's only a few things that should be taken into consideration, which are always individual, being the observable side effects that can affect sleep or energy. Does late PM dose negatively effect your sleep or do you get better sleep? If you take the majority during the day, do you feel drowsy or lethargic. Many variables which will all be determined by each person metabolism, schedules, training times, bulking, cutting etc.

From my experience what I believe to be best, is breaking the dosage up into multi-shots throughout the day, spread out every four hours.

Here's an example of how I time my shots right now, at 17.5iu/day down to 12.5iu. 5iu/am upon waking, fours hours later 5iu, four hours later 5iu, then I take 2.5iu before bed. And I have found that taking only 2.5iu before bed, has increased the quality of my sleep, as I only wake up once to take a leak, as opposed to 3-5 times when using more than 4iu before bed.
