What have you guys found that works?
I need to start taking something in the early evening. After my training I eat a post workout meal then a big food meal before bed. I don't cut carbs at night. I also eat alot of food.
Anything you all could recommend that won't mess with my sleep. I'd rather stick with something natural if possible.
