What have you guys found that works?

I need to start taking something in the early evening. After my training I eat a post workout meal then a big food meal before bed. I don't cut carbs at night. I also eat alot of food.

Anything you all could recommend that won't mess with my sleep. I'd rather stick with something natural if possible.

N nicotine gum works well but is somewhat addictive. That said there isn't much bad about nicotine despite the negative press

Well I have tried many things for my wife the only all natural product that i have found is ultra burn by rns labs. However u might wanna take somewhat earlier in day cuz it does effect sleep.

Get the White tea/red rooibos/and green tea in bulk mix a batch together and drink minimum of 1 quart daily by 2nd or 3rd day yur appetite is gone. Great for cutting

For me its been just a lot of self discipline. I know what I should be eating and whats a bad idea. Fruit helps me curb my appetite. I keep some chopped up in the fridge in containers.
