Arnie's close encounter with a car!!!!1

Does anyone know the full details of the car hitting Arnie & his son on the Harley Davidson? I see he got some sitches on his top lip.
Saw it on the Western Australian news report this evening.

I just heard that he and his son were driving along and someone pulled out in front of them, he had his son in the side-car and that they just had some scrapes and bruises. No one was seriously injured.

according to the CHP you dont need a cycle license if a sidecar is attached, but anyhow what i find crazy is that prosecutors made a statement thet charges are not going forward as police did not witness the accident!

i'd like to see the average guy use this defense.

I like Arnold for his accomplishments but there are a few things I have to laugh about regarding this incident. If a normal person were to have this same accident you bet your ass they would be brought up on charges in a heartbeat, not for the fact that they were endangering the life of a minor and operating without a liscense. Rather because the government wants your money, every last fucking cent, they will charge you with whatever they can get away with as long as they can continue to confiscate your income for reckless spending. Why do you think the legal code continues to increase in length and breadth in this country? Pretty soon, everything is going to be illegal, it will just be a matter of who the government wants to fuck over and who doesn't play ball correctly.

Also, seeing Arnolds face, he has had a shitload of work done, he is starting to look like the male version of Cher, his eyes look asian. He has no facial expressions, his face is pulled so tight. His new name should be "Nip/Tuck" Men age well, he doesn't need to look alien.

i was referring to the fact that they said police did not witness the accident, so charges cant be brought. So now if a guy is talking on his phone and hits a pedestrian but police dont see it, can he use that excuse.
