Josh wade gave mark a good run in the class.. And should be proud of that overall win at the Contra Costa the week prior..

Mark did out size and out shape him but Mark was off the mark condition wise. You can see that.. Mark must be timing it for the USA but still.. I think he needs to come down a lot more to deal with the top guys out there...

but Josh could have won the class...his condition was pretty tight!

One thick dude for sure, great legs. Yeah a little harder/dryer and maybe tanner? Guy can definitely cause damage on stage down the road.

No shit - I didn't know Josh had won the Contra Costa. That's awesome. He and I were lined up at the USA's right next to each other last year and shot the bull a good bit backstage. (Hell, he was talking to everyone!) He's about as enthusiastic as they come. Seemed like a great guy.

I hope Mark dials it in, but I've not seen pics of him where he was seriously granite hard and peeled. It looks like he's got just a tad bit of loose skin, too, a little water issue, etc, but man when you look at the shape and flow (aside from needing more pec mass), you just want to reward that physique.

Hey bro.. i totaly agree.. he has been much harder in the past. He was a lightheavy back then.. i think the added weight didnt work to his advantage.

And yeah about the USA video.. not this year.. Some big cut backs at Iron Man.. i was kinda disapointed about it...

Outstanding physique. One real standout are those freakin legs!! They are thick and speak POWER when you look at them. I would say he has the right shape as PHIL said to be pro. Would love to see his back thickness match those wheels!! DAMN!!!
