I am starting my own thread for those that aren't pros or even amatures.

I ordered my stuff from IBE and I got it here in record time (seriously fast!!).
I ordered my 50IU slin pins from american diabetes .com or something like that the day after I ordered from IBE and they are still not here.
Sterile synges.com done not have syringes under 3cc.
I will post my stats in my next post.

33.5yr old male, married, two young children
235lbs
71.5” tall
18-20% BF (approx, no method is 100% but I hit this range with all the different calculators)
Lifting experience:
Started at 15, benched 275 at graduation from HS
Started powerlifting in ‘93
Last powerlifting meet in 97 my top lifts were
Bench: 365
Squat: 425
Dead: 500
I weighed 195lbs at the time
All natural, using inzer squat suit and marathon denim bench shirt.

Had a car accident in 1999 that took me out of the gym for 2 years solid.

Left military and had a job that gave me almost no time for the gym. Started getting serious again back in March of ‘03

New job allowed more freedom for the gym in end of 2004
Started using anavar and winny recreationally (low dosages and only on the days I went to the gym, and saw gains!) 2005, did my first real cycle starting March of 2006 of winny and var and strength went up, body fat went down to nearly 16%.
Getting a bit burned out, but I am excited to try this stuff out.
Currently finishing out my second oral cycle with minor PCT (clomid e/d).
I plan to use test and EQ next time around, but want to see how this works before that.

I work out 2 or 3 times a week, currently trying to get more cardio because I am so out of shape!

If this stuff doesn’t work for me as result of my diet or training habits, I can accept that, but AAS works with minimal effort, so I am hoping with more than minimal effort, the PEG-MGF does at least something!

Oh, I will need to check out first what my current lifts are.
I don't max out any more. Gimme a week or 2 to figure this out.

I am quite sure I can bench 370
Squat: over 450
Dead: over 400 (still have the back issues from the car wreck though)

i saw results more then the max lifts showed.. i looked bigger, but not that much stronger mate, but that was me. I got a little stronger but i look bigger, defined and leaner and added size...

I think I will do 150mcg 2x per week. The same as Fullybuilt (http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showpost.php?p=209031&postcount=1)
I always take a day off between workouts, so I can easily slip it in 24hrs before my workouts.
I will add 1cc of BW to the 1000mcg of PEG MGF.
that will mean that I will be injecting 15IUs Sub Q each time
if I see the pain is annoying for suq Q, I will try IM, as I can handle a slin pin IM anyday.
I am thinking of continuing low dosages(25mg) of winny daily as well.
as for other supplements
I take GNCs 100% whey protien only as a PWO with a 1/4cup of raw (not instant) oatmeal and 1 pt of 2% chocolate milk (the only palatable way)
Below are all taken 1 hour before workouts
LIV 52
Extreme lean's ZN-3 diet aid
325mg Asprin daily
Universal animal pak just one pack
500mg GNC Stinging Nettle

I take GNCs Pantothenic Acid daily
I am on prescrition meds:
Albuterol
Indocin
Aciphex

I will post my diet as well, perhaps this will force me to be more honest with myself and stay away fron the cheat foods.

I have decided that I will do no AAS during this cycle.
I want any gains I get to be 100% from the PEG MGF for my first time.

that's ok though since I am on my 2nd week of PCT anyway (just clomid).
someone needs to tell Sterile Syringes to get slin pins and syringes, when i order from them I get my stuff real fast!

got my needles, reconstituted the MGF and in about 24hrs I will take my first shot.

did my first shot a few hours ago. the pins that I got this time are SO small that I didn't even feel it one bit. the anticipation was the hardest part.
I will post my current stats ASAP since I want to measure with each shot.

BF% using an average of 5 different methods state I am 21.98%.
I better start watching my diet some more. I want to be at 15% off season at the most.

my small refridgerator somehow came unplugged, I have no idea how long either, but probably within the last 24-36 hours.
I am praying that the MGF is still good.
I hope IBE can provide some input as to if the stuff is any good anymore or not.
I doubt the MGF got much over 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit but I know nothing about the affects.
Guess I will just have to find out after time.
