Awful stretch marks

Got some Retin A Cream 0.1%...

Did a roller session a week ago and been applying retin a cream everyday after the shower...bit itchy most days..then i apply moisturiser after..

would it be worth applying Mederma after?

I go away on holiday end of month and have similar marks to the op on my side.

I'm tanned now and that's not helped much.

Will a spray tan help....if not I might get a fake tattoo....

Or lastly use like concealer etc when im away on it
